How to purchase a custom product?
Please note that every products that are shown on our website are only demos.
They are examples of customized hats that were ordered from previous clients.
You can:
- Fill out an Order Form(English) Bon de commande(Français) and send it to our email address: info@globetrottoir.com (we will get back at you within 24h regarding your request).
OR - Purchase a “Buy it now” product that is shown in our online store, ready to ship now!.go to our online shop
How to make an order submission?
You can refer to all the examples on the website to create your own.
- Open an Order Form
- Fill up all the details and informations of your order. Submit it!
- We will threat your order as soon as possible (less than 24hours).
Payments Methods
- Paypal: Free, No need to be a member (credit cards & debits are accepted)
- Money Order and certified checks
- Bank Tranfer: online or to the bank directly Acces D, BMO, BNC
- P.O.D: payment on delivery *only available within Canada (9$ add. fees)
- Local Pick Up
Shipping
The shipping fees will depend on the product weight, the country of expedition and the quantities.
When will my order be sent?
We are treating the order as soon as the payment is made.
Consider a production delay:between 1-3 days after received payments).
**We ship from Monday till Friday inclusively
Delivery periods:
Canada: 1 to 3 days after shipping.
USA : 4 to 8 days after shipping.
International: From 5 days to 2 weeks after shipping.

Can I return a product?
Only with our authorisation. Shipping fee’s are applicable.
